Inset doors, simple Shaker style doors. Simple island with no support/brackets

Inset doors/drawers like you will have, correct? We didn't discuss how detailed your door/drawer panels will be. Will they have added molding like these, or be a simpler style?

This island shows very simple treatment--no special molding at the corners--panels /doors just meet up.

I am including this photo only to show you how wide the entry door into the corner cabinet is. As I mentioned in my earlier email, I'm not sure how the narrow door shown on the elevation is going to work.

Again, this swing-out style corner cabinet requires a wider door than what is pictured on your elevation.

Here's another style of corner cabinet; it has a narrow opening like the one on your elevation. However, this style necessitates a panel of equal width around the corner from this one. See next photo.

See how there is another narrow panel to the right of the bank of drawers? That is the other half of the opening "mechanism" for the corner cabinet. There is no such panel in the corner to the right of your cook top run. I would check into this with the cabinet maker.

This photo may make it a bit easier to see the two narrow panels at a right angle to each other which allows you to access the corner cabinet (which would have a traditional "lazy Susan" style insert).
Another simple island design.
