Not sure I like the legs...too flimsy?
Pattern...otherwise too small. Idea
An idea if you want pattern
Just an idea
Should go under front of sofa to underneath front legs of guest chairs. Or you can find by the yard and they’ll size and bind it for you
You did say green for accent color
You could change cushions
With just 2 chairs
Also nice. Don’t know how much you want to spend so these are just ideas
May be too unstable but certainly your colors
Very contemporary classic. Comfortable...no clue
Nice overhead fixture. Inexpensive
Show me what you’re thinking of for side chairs
I like this cause of ottoman coffee table to be used w tray for drinks an low seating across for conversation and not blocking fireplace and/or tv. Just an idea
Interesting side table $40!
Nice light instead of fan. Can’t be expensive...simple
Nice fixture...not expensive
Black window frames...you had a great idea
Love this...very elegant...bed, night stands and that light would be also nice in living room
If you click somewhere for price tags to show up...look at other fixtures at bottom and houzz will direct you to lighting source. Very nice stuff
$39.00. Sample retailer
Instead of fan...$89 not bad, huh
The idea of bathroom sconces framing the mirrored medicine cabinet
Wild but great looking. Just rambling ideas
Industrial lighting fixture instead of fan...bigger than this one but I like the idea
Came across this. A darker shade of gray in bedroom area
Sun light and private
A design I just noticed. Glass topped dining table with molded chairs ( pretty inexpensive) and contemporary.
Not tile. Lloks like stone but idea of tile to ceiling is still a great option
Nice gray look...think we’re on to something great
Shades available in lots of colors...gray. Btw, don’t be surprised by cost of window treatments...can be pricey. Not recommending drapes to keep $ down and not modern looking for your decor
These shades can also open from top down so you have some sunlight and some privacy
These are called “silloette” shades. Really block out sun
Looks like your condo lol
Louisberg green HC-113 by Benjamin Moore. I suggest getting a small can and painting a sample on either a white cardboard or the actual wall and see it in daylight and nighttime. It’s a fantastic color and easy to work around.
Louis Berger green.
I like this shower wall tile
I like how the flooring extends into the shower and then the glass is just flush with the floor..
Dark hexagonal with contrast grout
A darker laminate?
Love this entire look. Great tile... outdoor probably find at Home Depot...as most of the lesser fancy looks
Plain inexpensive large tiled floor with nice shower tiles
Again walk-in shower w/door. Nice fixtures
Somewhat busy but different
Totally enclosed shower with door. Flooring interesting also
Flooring for bathroom again with an interesting rug
Check out flooring. You could do these tiles without trim too
This side table is from design within reach. Very contemporary and a classic piece.
Guitars as decor..how cool is this!
Paint an ikea bookcase a green accent
Living room with sectional sofa, neutral sofa and you could do green accents: pillows, area rug, side chair etc. easy to change out if you decide you don’t like green any more.also like this setup cause anyone can see tv from where they sit.
