I like having the wood storage built-in.
This is nice with rock and wood.
Maybe a way to get extra seating on one side and wood storage on other side. Fireplace pushed back - even with seat.
Enough room for L shaped sofa and a large table to seat at least 10-12. Wood burning rock fireplace if possible.
Cedar ceilings.
