Here’s a bar that does not interfere with the view: liquor bottles are on shelves off to the side with wet bar below it. Bar counter faces out with cabinet below for (I assume) storing glasses and bar ware (could have racks for hanging wine glasses upside down and shelves for other types of glasses). Under the wet bar counter would be an ice maker and small refrigerator (for beer). There would be no chairs—standing only.
I was thinking of a loft at the top of the barn and lounge area rec room on the bottom, perhaps with standup video arcade console
Love the huge window on the top and barn door below.
Cute window with barn door “shades”
Cute look
Love this upper window with barn door shutters
Love these huge barn doors
How cool if the barn had a glass wall and glass barn doors with the pattern and slid open?

I like the concept of coming to the entrance of the house and being able to see straight through to the view. The entire entrance does not need to be glass—just the front door and around it. But would need screens to close so that no one can see in while we are gone.
I like the idea of lots of windows in the bathroom including in the shower and beyond the tub. Would need to have windows/lighting configured so that no one can see in—day or night.
I think Kathleen might like this look. I feel like it is too modern for the environment but willing to consider some sort of modified version that blends more to the landscape.
Again, really like the look. Q: Can the fireplace be less large? It takes up a lot of space.
I really like the look of this.
I loved this billiard room when I saw it. I like the wood all around but would prefer a less busy pattern on the wall. Perhaps something that looks like the side of a barn.
I like the overhang that vaults up because of the better views—overhang won’t cover the sky looking out. Wondering if Kat likes the lines on this, if the balconies could be made less straight across, ie, sink the middle one.
This floor to ceiling window to the outside is really amazing.
I personally think this is beautiful but I think Kat hates it. I’d prefer a straight roof at a slant vs curved.
I think this is a cool looking outdoor bar.
I like the layout of the room—not a square, feels more open. Also like the fireplace. Would prefer the window to be larger and a single piece of glass if possible. If not, the skylights at the top should be larger for more light.
I like the floor, fireplace (except too much metal), dining table and chairs, and outdoor area beyond the glass. The glass will need to be a single piece, perhaps that slides open but with a screen. I don’t like the ultra modern furniture—would prefer something that looks more comfortable to lounge in.
Master bath
Wild, flowery wallpaper in a rustic bathroom. Cool look.
