the item # was AS2278 and the color was V0663 (Gunmetal). The size was 3x3. You might want to contact an Ann Sacks showroom and give them this information. Maybe they can track some down for you. (This was the info from the photo on Houzz) . not necessarily the color I would use but like the idea...
