Inspired from the Tharavadu model, this style of architecture is from the eponymous state of Southern India, Kerala. Spread on an area of 3200 sft. , this 7000 sft villa has a distinctive feature, the Nadumuttom (central courtyard) which is also the Puja area. Paddipura (front entrance) has also been traditionally designed & detailed out.
