Role involved:
-Site visits to take existing conditions measurements, and formulate a survey report
-Develop floor plans, furniture plans, interior elevations, reflected ceiling plans, details
-Develop concept boards to show the “look & feel” of the space
-Create test fit options and corresponding programming sheets
-Sessions with the client to understand their vision and requirements
- Virtual meeting into a 3D experience with immersive spaces in Teams
- Ensuring structural drawings and designs are produced on time, to a high quality, and are easy to decipher
-Coordinate with Principal designer
-Schedule and scope of work creation in a written document (project plan)
- Working with clients to ensure that their expectations are met
-Overseeing the design process using technical expertise
-Present design to client for sign off before the next phase
-Provide an updated cost estimation
- On site and off site material/samples/item selection visits
- Coordinating between client & team.
- Working in an office, with occasional site visits.
-Handover project documents to operations team
