OnePlan has a point -- people are notoriously unaware when attention is elsewhere -- like getting to the front door. Laying pavers in a different color/pattern/size (pick an option that appeals to you) that will be the same level as the remaining pavers would give you the distinctive path. Shame to cover the pavers; can they be removed without destroying? Alternative that comes to mind is to create a barrier along that line. A railing mounting on the pavers either 3' high or 6' high -- pick your medium. metal posts w/railing. glass panels in a framwork. shoji screens. colorful curtains hung from above. Could you please help me to get some construction engineer who can help me to design my ground floor which is about 4 ft underground where the floor and ceiling are already there. The side walls are also there. Only thing is the partition wall to be created to make as a single bedroom house. At present on the east side there is a garage and on the north side a room with toilet. We would like to convert this as a proper single bed house. Since I have a very low budget, can you please suggest how to go about it. Thanks and look forward to your advise.
