barely buff or whole wheat by Sherwin Williams? I just put Barely Buff in my small bathroom and LOVE it but used the next shade up - whole wheat - in a small guest room and it looks phenomenal there... so depends upon the size of your room, but this looks small so perhaps the Barely Buff will be great. If the colors are more grey, you may want to look at Grey Wisp by Benjamin Moore. Check out those two...

Mukti, From what you described, it seems you need a water softener than a hydrophobic coating. Salt based softeners are good for these issues.

I have a design I want to do for my small bathroom. I want to blend the existing light travertine tile floor and shower tile and black granite top sink with venetian plaster grassello clean white ceiling with gold wax to give a shiny look to the ceilings along with a venetian style crown molding in the corners.. The colors I want to use are White, Black and Gold. White: ceiling, cabinet, toilet, sink, door. Black: Granite top, wall outlet glossy black covers, sink faucets. Gold: venetian plaster marble-like Walls, light fixtures, towel rack, shower faucet.
