Yes! I use the Terra door style in kitchens quit often. The finishes you have mentioned for your kitchen design sound unique and well thought out. In my experience well designed kitchens will stand the test of time. The texture melamine finish on the Terra door is a hot trend right now, but it all depends on how you use it. Your design sounds great to me, I say go for it!

The only way to get away with this type of finish for kitchen cabinets is to keep everything else minimal. Consider the photo you've provided, everything including the paint, counter top, shower tile and floor tile are white. I'd consider doing a very subtle back splash.

Just like the image below, the lower cabinets are the accent cabinets, it works because all other finishes are clean, subtle and neutrals. Hope this helps.
