For queen bed, what clearance is necessary to pull this down?

I have a light fixture in the center of my ceiling. Would like to know if I will need to move electrical to accommodate the bed drop when opening the unit.

A queen bed is 90" tall and when open takes up 90" of floor space. It depends on where the light is I guess?
