Help! my jaisalmer flooring is showing white patches in places. unable to understand why this is happening and what is to be done.

Is it efflorescence - somewhat chalky substance or stain. Please ask for poultice at a stone material shop and try removing this yourself.

BTW second image is a bit scary :O.
