Need suggestion on how to convert 2bhk into 3bhk. Attached is the apartment layout.

Need help to re-design the entrance to my house

I own the 1st floor of a 2-storied building. The ground floor being occupied by one of my close relative. We had been sharing the same entrance to the house till now. But due to some personal problems there has been a need to change the entrance to my house (i.e. the 1st floor). I have to construct a staircase in the front side towards the left side of the building. I am also planning to extend the existing drawing-room ( to the extreme left side of the building, as seen in the Photograph, attached) filling-up the open space, as seen in the photo. Please help me out to redesign the entrance and the extension of my Drawing room.

Thanks, for the reply. Yes, I am hoping to feature the mdf on the wall. I am not sure like which one to choose and how to make it look better. I want to make use of the entire wall with cabinets. But, I am open to other options also. There is also a pillar next to the wall on the left side. I also want to make use of the space between pillar and wall (like glass cabinets). Needs your inputs, if you can share some images, that will be great.

I don't need a dining area. An additional room out of the living and dining area if possible.

Ashish,

One option is to extend kitchen walls a bit and use it as a smaller room. Dining area can be used as a partially open concept kitchen.

its not possible because this plan doesn't show column / pillar location as how can anyone shift any wall without knowing the column location...
