For water prone areas : BWP - Boiling water proof ply is used for other areas MR - Mositure Resistant (also called commercial ply) ply is recommended.
As market is filled with spurious options, please use branded ones to avoid getting into a long term problem. We use Greenply and Century ply from Distributors.
For laminates , use a 0.8 mm for internals and 1.0 or above for external laminates. Again we use and recommend only branded options. We use Merino, Century and Greenlam most of the times.
You can use whatever material makes you comfortable for the sofa. suede or faux suede gives a rich look, leatherite is easy to maintain but not long lasting, cotton is prone to stains but is more comfortable. you can check the nearest fabric supply store for samples
mam m literally struggling with we there to go for false ceiling or not and also if I choose what will be better gypsum.or pop. don't want much design. designs shown in this are they possible with gyproc gypsum board.
You will get ceiling mouldings that you can use to create these designs. as cornerstone mentioned, people use pop to say the same thing. but get POP moulding Pattis, which is what is used to create the moulding designs on ceilings. you can also find another pop design called ceiling medallions. I hope this helps

By using strong, borer and termite proof light coloured plywood, you can easily build a folding dressing area. Create simple coffee tables, chairs and even quaint dining tables with strong, durable plywood sheets and adorn them with wood grain veneers to drive this look home! Plywood can be creatively used in almost any corner of the house and you can choose different type of plywood for different use from reputed brands like as CenturyPly.
