which type of casing can u share any pic. or if u can share simple false ceiling design to cover op wires

what you can do is have a 3" drop to your false ceiling. and keep it plain. that way you will not loose height and it will look like the true ceiling.

what Luxaire means by casing are the plastic rectangular pipes. which we call casing Pattis. you might have seen them in older houses. they run from the switchboard to the fixture, like the light or the fan.

my only concern with false ceiling is it kills original ceiling height and also create unhygienic environment but since wiring issue is there we can't avoid it

I Understand. That's a common concern with my clients. But if you choose to have a 3-inch false ceiling, it will not kill the height. you need a minimum of 3 inches for the electrical conduits to pass.

And as for the unhygienic environment, it is only created if you have a tray ceiling for cove light. If you install a plain ceiling after a thorough cleaning, there will be no hygiene problem.
