I have only Rearranged the position of the existing furniture as Approximate Assume sizes as per the picture shown. As per the Proposed layout plan all the electrical points will be changed, but the room space will look spacious & as you enter the living room you will see two different seating space, left is the living space & on right is the dinning table near to the kitchen area... as per what I assume as per the picture shown.... All the furniture is of solid teak wood material so for that you can paint a light blue colour on the walls & ceiling will be half-white. Re Polish the wood. Highlight the electrical PVC conduit pipes by silver paint to look like Galvanize Pipe running all around. Change the False Ceiling & Curtains. If you can afford some more, then go for Led Lights & electrical materials such as Fan & wall lights, switches. Most of the ceiling looks like veneer on plywood and the balance is plain gypsum . If so , then just polish the veneer either in the same shade of wood as your furniture or one tone darker or lighter . The gypsum ceiling can remain white . If the ceiling height is too low , do not go for a jhoomer but rather a simple mounted light. Good Lighting is key to any design to look good.

Hi Suraj For a residence you can use 10-12 watt lighting fixtures. Although you can mix and match warm and bright lights, we would suggest you go for daylighting as recessed light fixtures and use another colour temperature for your decorative lighting fixtures (wall sconces or pendant lights). yes two fan, but yet not decided on design of living area, sheet work going to start soon, framing is already done 5' below RCC, tow points for fan and one point in between them for chandelier. pl suggest few good designs
