No need of closing it. 2& 3 Pull out the Porch and increase the room size. 4- Change the direction of toilet, increase the size and include handwash within it. 5 Open Living area will comfortably seat 6-8 people. 6,7 - If your designer agrees this will allow you to increase the room sizes. by 20 odd ft. 8- Close the kitchen door .
