It is important to determine what your needs are--take a measurement of how much hanging rod space you need for short, medium and long items and this will guide placement of double rods to maximize space. Otherwise, consider what you want/need in relation to folding and hanging items, drawers versus shelves, etc. There are many online closet organizing sites that can help!

Hello there, So much of discussion for the thickness of plywood? It always comes down to load bearing and shear strength (MOE and MOR) which is ensured in thicker plywoods. Hence, 19mm is apt for wardrobes. Second, doors should be of 25mm bloackboard / 19mm plywood but edge banding must overlap between laminates to prevent peeling/warping. hi. you can check with any local modular vendor. they will have a show room that you can visit so that you can understand the finish and textures etc. The sliding wardrobes with Hettich fittings will not spoil fast. a modular wardrobe starts from 900 per sq ft. customized design with proper fittings usually cost 1750 to 2000 per sq. ft if you get it carpenters, the cost will be more or less the same and the finish will not be as good or clean. but the design patterns are much more. modular has limits to the troupes of designs you can have
