Gauri, we have analysed the space and your requirement. One thing is for sure that you can use the wardrobe next to entrance door and if you have the option of placing the Bed at opposite wall from current wall, that would give you better space and also avoid an obstructing view very moment you enter. Next, Study Space towards balcony - Right Hand side ( towards the main entry) and also an additional storage cum display unit on the opposite wall of study. it should be combination of side table of the bed. In case if you need all this put in a plan and share it...share the directions so that I will see that It's adhered to VASTU as well ( mainly the bed headboard)

We once did a desk for a wheelchair-friendly living space. We couldn't afford to have the desk in the way of the wheelchair when not in use. So we fitted it against the wall with a hydraulic hinge support. The desk top which was nestled against the wall would lift up and lock with one touch of the hand on the edge when required, and similarly move back flat against the wall when not in use

To make space for 3 study tables including your wife's, you must get rid of the steel almirah. Have an extended open wall shelf of 3 rows for books & storage & 2 spaces next to each other for desktop/laptop where there is currently one. The right side wall near the small kids table can be made into soft board for ideas etc and then have the marker board next to it. Above this table can be small open squares for toys/books etc. Use eco blinds instead of curtains to regulate light & cool the room if you want to make the space serious. Remove the clutter under AC and have cushions/fabric seater to make it a lounge area instead. Use mutiplugs or extn wires to reduce wiring. You may consider a good quality designer fan with pendant LED light which will amplify lighting and ensure silent reading or studying. Else, use an effective LED tube on both sides with a blue themed fan.
