My office is slightly smaller 12x20. I have 4 cans on a grid in the four corners (roughly 30" out from the wall). With a desk lamp - I have plenty of light. Thinking about a ceiling fan and bed lamps. You should have way more light than you need for a bedroom. If possible switch the 2 cans along the wall (which are your pathway to the bath) on a separate switch and 3 way them to your bed and next to the bath. It sounds like the can above the bath door will work for the outside door as well. You can add a light to reach in closets ((We do a flat strip light mounted inside, over the closet door). Most fans have a handheld remote control. You can 3 way the 2 lights on the opposite wall to the door and bedside as well. With 9 ft ceilings- you won't have enough light for reading, but the table laps or wall mounted lamps will be useful there.

Yes, ideally the fan should be centered in geometric center of room, but when push comes to shove it absolutely needs not be of couse, but i think a ceiling fan that is not centered and a chandelier that is centered will not look good

Your chandelier is a bit high, so all it is lighting is the ceiling. You could a light with a floor lamp in the corner for reading on the sofa, and a table lamp next to the bed. Other ways to add more subtle lighting would include an uplight or two to wash a wall. Start with lowering the chandelier a foot or so and adding the lamps. See if that doesn't help. Ignore anyone who says to remove the ceiling fans, because it looks as if you live in a warmer climate and you really need them.

Hi Anisha, Here are a few suggestions that may help you - 1] If you can try shifting the main entry door to the left and the bathroom door also towards the left end of the bathroom. This way you will get a walk in closet which will not take away from the bedroom space. This way you will get a niche on the right hand side of the main entry. It is advice able to provide a dressing unit here, with proximity to the bathroom since you will use it the minute you step out of the shower.
