Blum and Hettich are the best I have used. They can cost more but I believe it is worth i9t. Bending a cheap hinge the wrong way may see it break almost instantly.

Hello suganya, You can cover the complete kitchen with the glass facade.. with semi opaque glass films.. over the island counter you can give a slider window of 2ft height so that you can be connected to the people in the dinning area whenever you want to.. this will allow you manage both the guest and the mess in the kitchen..

Hi Sarita, We would suggest three options - 1] You may place your sofas parallel and opposite to each other leaving the space in between to access the balcony. Not the best facilitation but it will give you an unobstructed space. Or you may place an L shaped sofa in front of the balcony door but leave space between the two for passage. This will help bring the sofa closer to the tv and leave you with easy access to the balcony. You can also put the tv unit on the left wall with a set of sofas in front. 2] Put a partition between the living and dining space that would house the tv unit on one side and the dining table on the other. This will screen the dining area and allow you to place your sofa(s) more flexibly and without obstructing the balcony. It would however make the dining area look a bit cramped. 3] Avoid putting the tv unit in the living space altogether. Put tv in your bedrooms instead. This will ensure privacy to the viewers even when there are guests over. You may also convert a bedroom into a tv room if you don't need it so that your formal and informal spaces stay separate. Hi Farooq According to the plan given above as specified the bathroom size made with an incorrect design as its door opens just while entering the bedroom area and it can be good if it will be made a bit away from the entrance of the bedroom. Maybe the door of the bathroom should face the master bed then it can be considerable. The Hall area is okay but it doesn't need a requirement of a separate drawing area, It's better you can use that space as a whole and make it a grand living room or something which can make the room look large enough The main door should be made at the W marked side as it can open to the parking area and also doesn't obstruct the given design whatsoever.
