1. How does it mount to the electrical box???

2. What's the measurement from the mounting point to the top of fixture??

There is a 4" diameter round plate that is attached to the back of the sconce (as shown in attached photo). This plate is attached where the 2 arms meet the back of the sconce. It is approximately 17" from the center of the junction box to the top of the sconce.
