I am building a second floor guest house of 5 rooms, exploring mangalore tile or other tile options. But concerned if the individual rooms shall have privacy with roof tiles and also will it have implications with respect to heat/ cold weather. Any ideas to make it best & any info on costing for truss & tile roof for a 1400-1500 Sqft roof area.
