Please forgive my comments if they are not applicable as it is difficult to read the plans from my computer and I am unable to enlarge them. I live in America so I recognize the difference in cultures but just a few things you may want to consider: The kitchen appears to have windows that have a view to nothing significant, whereas if it was on the opposite side of the house, the views would be of the lovely garden. Also, the kitchen appears a distance from the garage, where the grocery/shopping items would be carried in from. I believe a better location would be somewhere closer to the garage with easier access to transport items. Another consideration is the idea we call a "Great Room"--whereby the kitchen is open & next to the living room. This is a beautiful layout conducive to ongoing conversation with guests & family members alike and much prefered to cooking in a room alone, separated from loved ones. Since the house is multiple levels, I would recommend placing the laundry room (washer/dryer) on the level with the most bedrooms. This allows for ease of accessibility vs. up/down multiple stairs to transport dirty/clean clothes. Best wishes to you!
