Hello Dinesh, What about looking to the landscape for inspiration. That mound of earth is a beautiful colour.. For me I'd be thinking of a textured block exterior (look at Frank Lloyd Wright) for inspiration here in an earthy colour with a lot of beautiful plants suitable to the climate. So the facade takes in sun and insulates at night.. You can then have window screens to keep the sunlight out and the interior cool during the day. :))

Hello Sir, For an apartment building, mold shall not be much of an issue. If it is done properly and the gaps are closed then even insects/cockroaches are not a problem in the brick walls. In fact they become more beautiful after some weathering and exposure. The man-made alternatives to actual brick finish are, brick tiles, brick wall papers, brick design laminates and MDF sheet.
