Hi, wanted to do a distressed cement wall. Can anyone help me understand the technique please.

Use the Houzz search box to find out more about this finish. I put in " distressed concrete finish" and click on "Ideabooks" and got this one, along with others. It's a great feature! https://www.houzz.com/magazine/todays-concrete-warm-and-wonderful-stsetivw-vs~296868

You have to hire a pro for this brother. Elevation requires time and effort. before that if you could bring the washroom door in the bedroom align with the other door and adjacent to the window you will be able to use your washroom in a better fashion. Best of luck
