Hello Mr.Rahul. in my opinion Its absolutely a perfect idea to have small or mid size pool on terrace . if your ok try this company called.. Smart pools. They have a Pre fab pool system which can be placed on existing terrace areas without any hassle of civil works. if not even a conventional small sized swimming pool with deck can be built with Proper planning and execution. Existing building structure should be analysed for the right placement. i dont forsee any major structural issues if designed well. Thanks
