Manisha. pls do not remove any of the handmade beautiful patterns both on the main house as well as the boundary wall. They are the most interesting bits. In fact if you still have the contact detail of the mason who made this I would be glad to employ him! Without the patterns it will be a plain characterless facade.

SInce it is a compact apartment as most apartments are, having minimal decor with maximum storage will do best justice to the flat. U can have a storage cum visual space seperator which keeps the drawing room seperate from the private areas. The bedrooms can also be kept simple with storage beds, having sliding wardrobes with mirrors which gives a feeling of space. the kitchen also can be kept simple sleek with few highlights.

I really liked the indirect lighting and the bar light fixture.

While am still going through the various probabilities of what could be, my idea of the 2 part multipurpose living room would be a planted vertical wall, along a cream/beige stone wall 3D panel to compliment and contrast with bright furniture, grey small sofa with pastel or bold yellow, and accent colors like green and blue in gem tones...carpet/rug, sofa throw pillows, side table...Maybe, a bright yellow Lounge Chair and finish with floor lamps and Lighting to accentuate the same. That said, I do prefer that material used is Eco Friendly as much as possible. The 2nd part of the living room would be eclectic design....neutral small sofa, cream 3D Panel...maybe a turquoise rug. In short, a small boho living space. In terms of budget...While, I do have an idea of the market, I'll like to hear you out. Yes, am open to hiring from outside my locality.
