“Archierio Design — full home interiors | Overall 4.5/5 We hired Archierio for our home interiors. An honest, stage-wise account. Space planning (5/5) The most important stage for us. Our brief was simple to state and hard to deliver: get as much open space as the layout would allow. It took real back and forth, and Keshav and his team were relentless — they kept returning with fresh options instead of defending the first one, and we landed on one of the best layouts this space could give. Our inputs were genuinely respected and worked in, not politely noted and dropped. Commendable effort. Design discussion (5/5) Intense and extremely helpful. Keshav and the team never gave a single take-it-or-leave-it option — for every area we got multiple choices with the pros and cons of each explained, so we decided with information rather than guesswork. We pushed our own ideas too, some genuinely awkward to execute, and they were received openly. We wanted simplicity with elegance, and every design reflected that. Operations (3/5) This is where it dipped, and I'll be straightforward. The start was good, but after that there were real ups and downs. Coordination between teams was not up to the mark and there was confusion. For roughly two months very little moved on site, which became a two-month delay in handover — a painful stretch. It also mattered that I was staying in the same society and could drop in often, because I caught several wrong dimension calculations myself before they went into execution. Related: the 2D team issuing the final measurements was not on par. There were gaps, I flagged them more than once, and we were lucky they surfaced in time. This needs tightening — most clients won't be living next door to catch it. What I'll say firmly in their favour: quality was never traded for time. There was no "we're already late, let's rush the finish" phase, which is exactly what I feared once the delay set in. Sudharshan and his team held the standard throughout, and it shows in the finish. Outcome (5/5) Fantastic. The house we saw in the 3D is 95–98% the house we got — anyone who has done interiors knows how rare that is. Even my parents loved it. Two-month delay included, what came out is beautiful, and I'm thankful to Archierio for it. Verdict Recommended. Design thinking and space planning are real strengths, the design conversation is collaborative rather than prescriptive, and build quality holds up. What needs improvement is execution discipline — internal coordination, site momentum, and measurement accuracy. My advice to anyone signing up: hire them for the design, and stay involved through execution, especially at the measurement stage. Do that and you'll very likely get the house you saw in the 3D. We did.”
