Reuter Walton did an excellent job with our roof and siding project. The estimator did a very thorough inspection of our roof, vents and attic before the estimate and asked many good questions about our needs and wants for the project. He gave us a wide variety of materials and colors to choose from and explained the advantages and disadvantages. He also was in communication before and after the installation. He called us the night before just to check if we had any questions! The project cost was exactly what was in the estimate so there were no surprises. The day of the project our lawn and deck were protected by huge tarps - when I got home everything was so clean I could not even tell they had been there except for the new look! The dumpster was removed the next day and the whole process was very stress free from beginning to end! I would definitely recommend Reuter Walton for a home remodeling project.

My experience with ReuterWalton was entirely favorable. The project was replacement of the roof of our large 1910 house and garage, plus the replacement of gutters, two windows and a skylight, and related work. In planning, I thought RW was very thorough in describing construction options and in providing information on possible alternative materials (orally on site visit and by documentation and samples). In execution, the work seemed very well done within a reasonable time frame and with considerable attention to detail. Follow-up was also very good, with loose ends taken care of promptly and the final project documentation quickly provided after completion. Overall, I felt good about this project and the resulting improvements to our house. I thought the materials and workmanship were of very high quality and that everything, including administration and documentation, had been accomplished in a very professional manner.

We needed a roof replacement after a summer hailstorm. Insurance company recommended RW, and the process went very well from beginning to end. Estimate, meeting with adjuster, and the replacement itself were all very professional, and communication was very good throughout. Very happy with the results.

After hail damaged our roof, we hired Reuter Walton Restoration to help us with a new roof. Taylor Quinlan helped us choose the perfect roof and saw to it that it was expertly put on. He dealt with all the necessary paperwork/ communication with our insurance. Taylor took extra hours to provide multiple address where I could see options we were considering. That way I could actually see shingles applied and better visualize the finished result. He was amazing. He did this time after time for me. Workers were fantastic as well. Neat, thorough, kind, etc. I recommend Taylor to everyone I know!!!
