Working with Susie to pick out the best fireplace, for our application was a dream. She was engaging, interactive, and extremely respectful. Our fireplace had been even more than we expected. The fan was making some noise, and NW Natural was spot on with their warranty. They've immediately sent out service personnel from Evergreen Gas (the initial installers), and have since remedied the noise by replacing the fans. The fireplace is now whisper quiet, and we are beyond happy. Thank you to both Northwest Natural Gas and Evergreen Gas. Nothing but compliments and kudos to both of you!
