Jackie, Jimmy, and their team from Date Construction did an excellent job with our bathroom renovation. We were told from start to finish it would take 3 weeks to complete. They got it done! Jackie did a great job helping us organize our project (she provided ideas, pictures, and computerized diagrams what the finish project would look like). It looks awesome!! All 3 weeks either Jackie or Jimmy was there the whole day. They always kept us updated on each area of the project. They provided a very detailed list each day what they wanted to accomplish. Always nice to have owners of a company at the project everyday. They were always on time and organized. The other parts of their team ( plumber, electrician, sheet rocker, glass, and tile people) have been with them many years. It shows that continuity in the people on your team produce outstanding results. We would definitely recommend Date Construction for any home project. In fact they will be doing another project at our house in a couple months. Jimmy and Jackie are very professional, personable, and friendly folks! Top notch company!!

I can't say enough good things about working with Jackie and Jimmy! They are not only fantastic at what they do, but also fantastic people and that is important to me if I'm trusting someone to be in my house and to make major changes on it. Jackie has the vision to suggest great design and even decorating ideas. I appreciate that because visualizing things isn't my strong suit. Jimmy can make anything possible and either does the work himself or oversees it being done. All the work was top notch quality! If we would imagine how something could be done, he would figure out a way to make it work. Many of the things we did in our kitchen and laundry room makeover was customized to our specific needs. To give you one example, I wanted more storage in my kitchen. We had a fireplace that we never used on the opposite side of the kitchen wall. Jackie came up with the idea of taking out the fireplace so we could triple the size of our pantry. I would never have thought of that, but I'm trilled with the results! They custom placed all the shelves to what my needs were. I asked them if it would be possible to leave one section open so I could put my vacuum, mop, broom, etc. in it. They made it work to the point that they placed those items in the area to see how much room should be left for those things. They made one pantry shelf countertop height and gave it a plug in so I could put my stand mixer, toaster oven, etc. in there to actually use them there, which freed up my kitchen counters. They were so careful about it that they measured my appliances to fit them onto the shelf, even taking into consideration that my mixer opens upward, and then moved the shelf brackets for that shelf above so I won't hit my knuckles on them when I use my mixer. All those little details they thought of! You will be in good hands if you use Date Construction. I have recommended them to all my friends! They stay on budget, do the work quickly, and even though we had major changes all through our first floor they made it as easy as possible for us to still live in our house with as little disruption as possible. They even clean up after themselves before they leave every day! After two projects with them, I consider them friends, and miss them as they complete their work to go onto the next project. But not to worry, I'll have them back again soon to work on Phase 3 :)

I can’t say enough good things about Date Construction!! I hired them for a master bathroom remodel; I was given a 3 week timeline and everything was complete one day short of the timeline. Their workmanship is amazing; my bathroom turned out so much better than I had even hoped for! They are very trustworthy! I had no reservations about leaving a key to my house with them. They let me know when they arrived every morning and texted me again at the end of the day to let me know that the house was locked up and they were leaving for the day. They are neat as a pin!!!! They cleaned up after themselves each day and at the end of the project vacuumed my bedroom floor and dusted all of my furniture!! I was so happy with them as they were working on my bathroom, I asked them to redo my kitchen backsplash. They started on a Monday morning and by the next afternoon, they were completely done and, again, the workmanship ship was impeccable and everything was as clean as could be. I would highly, highly recommend Date Construction for all of your needs, from a small remodel all the way up to a full, from the ground up home build! They can do it all and they are the BEST at their trade!!! A MILLION stars to Date Construction!!!!

We used Date Construction for two different project and we could not be happier! Their prices were reasonable and the quality of the work was wonderful! They kept on schedule with both projects, finishing exactly when they said they would. On time and on budget…how often does THAT happen?! They have earned our respect and loyalty and we won’t anyone BUT them in the future!!

You will not be sorry if you chooses Date Construction! We are in love with our new kitchen and it only took 2 weeks and 2 days to do a complete kitchen remodel. We did everything, but the ceiling lights and the flooring in phase 1 and can't wait until we can do phase 2. When Jackie came out initially and talked with us, I was so comfortable with the way she did business and loved the creative ideas she gave me. That's what I was looking for - someone who could give me the design ideas I was looking for to fulfill what our needs were and someone I felt comfortable would complete the project doing great work. She offered to let me look at a project they had underway, which was a complete build. We went and toured it and loved the quality of the workmanship in that house. It was perfect, done to little details that we noticed. Not only did they do a great job coming up with the plan, and executing it, but Jackie also gave me so much help in purchasing the new appliances I was purchasing for the remodel. She found me an appliance company that saved me money, gave me upgraded appliances, and had 10 year warranties, which the company I was trying to use did not offer! When we couldn't afford to do the entire project all at once. She figured out how to break the project into two phases in a way that fit our budget and left us with a home that looked like it was complete and not half done in between the two phases. I felt totally comfortable leaving my home during the work, because Jimmy was there everyday supervising or working on things. They never just sent contractors into my home without them being there. The workmanship was top notch with none of those unplanned for hitches that you always hear happening with remodels. It was so well planned out. Everyday something got done. I even asked for an extra shelf to be built into one of the custom cabinets to hold my oven mitts and they figured out a way to make it happen and look great! Even on things that I wasn't sure of, because I'm not great at visualizing things, I trusted their knowledge and design experience and it looks great! I couldn't be happier! Every time I step into my kitchen to do anything, even clean up, I feel rich! I've had nothing but very positive comments from everyone who has seen the remodel. I wish I could invite all of you over to see it too! You would love it!

We had the best experience we have ever had with a contractor on our kitchen remodel with Date Construction. We were so pleased with their work that we kept adding to the scope. The finished product far exceeded our expectations. There were many surprises left from the original contractor, they fixed each of them leaving a quality work behind. We are so grateful to have found them

Tub converted to a walk-in shower, cabinets painted, and toilets replaced. Top-knotch, meticulous workmanship. Cleaned up the mess every day. Showed up on time and worked every day until the project was completed. Couldn't be happier with their work.

We have just completed a total master bath remodel along with entire home repaint and stucco repair to include entire outdoor kitchen..this is our 4th project with these folks and I hope yo get a chance to use them. I’ve written great reviews on their quality and professionalism before which they still maintain through all of our contracts. With today’s review I would just like to add INTEGRITY...They never forget to tie up any loose ends..they always are spot on with callbacks(usually don’t need because always on site)...I highly recommend you meet this wonderful team on your next project... We LOVE our kitchen!! From start to finish, Jackie & Jimmy were exceptional :) !! We shared our ideas and problems to them and they took the project to another level. Offering ideas that we hadn't thought of and resolving all our concerns. As a result, we have a beautiful and a more functional kitchen. In addition, we replaced all the wood flooring, painted certain areas and, unexpectantly, updated our powder room too. They provided great ideas all throughout and was very patient with us as we were selecting all items. They finish the project early which was awesome since we were hosting an event at our home. The event was the key to make sure everything HAD to be done and we trusted that everything would be completed in enough time with them doing the job! At the end, Jackie & Jimmy were part of our extended family (HA!), as we were so comfortable with them being at our home each day. They were great with our dogs, too! So, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND DATE!

We hired Date Construction for a major renovation of our master bathroom and could not be happier with the outcome! They were knowledgeable and professional, but most of all, easy to work with and we appreciated their personal involvement and attention to detail. They took what could have been a very stressful project and made us look forward to seeing them and to hearing their suggestions every day.
