I have had the pleasure of working with Vanessa on many projects over the past 6 years. Her expertise, honesty, creativity and relaxed demeanor have caused me to seek her out time and time again. Recently I did a walk through with her on a completed project (I had nothing to do with) and it blew me away as well as reminded me why I lover her so much. Besides having a great eye for design, Vanessa is high organized and responsible, which are extremely important qualities to have in this industry. Additionally, her positive attitude and charm allows her to have great relationships with awesome vendors which gives her and her clients the upper hand when collecting quotes/estimates. I hired Vanessa to help decorate my two bedroom condo. We began with a blank canvas and she transformed it into a showcase-worthy space. It was clear from the beginning that she had a passion for her work. She was genuinely interested in getting to know me in order to develop a framework for the pieces that she suggested. We gradually expanded on this as she composed the style that best suited me. It was a fun, collaborative process. Thanks to her versatility with a broad range of styles, she seamlessly incorporated "warmer" pieces into my contemporary aesthetic. When necessary, she was also able to devise cost-effective solutions to challenging problems by thinking outside the box. Her far-reaching network of artisans meant limitless possibilities. We worked at a comfortable pace. Though she had multiple (and larger) projects occurring simultaneously, mine always felt equally important. When we started working on our coffee shop concept, we quickly discovered that it is quite challenging to design a space where you have multiple partners and even more opinions. We then approached Vanessa Schreiber with a tough request; here is how our idea “sounds” like…please envision it and make it happen. Vanessa then coordinated our various departments from our architects through our artist and back to our contractor using her understanding and sense of design as she directed it all toward a unified look. At the end, Vanessa managed to bring our vision into life in a way that is both seen and felt at the same time. We are truly thankful.

We worked with Vanessa on the beachfront coffee shop project. She brought great energy and wonderful ideas to the project. She immersed herself into the history of the neighborhood and the site in particular and developed an aesthetic particular to the project that has resulted in making the business the go to place for coffee and healthy foods for neighors.
