Mr. Mariani's diverse background includes experience with two award-winning firms, Hardy Holzman Pfeiffer Associates and Ehrenkrantz & Eckstut Architects, both in New York City. I am working on a 1920's deco building in Historical Fells Point, Md. My luck of finding the right people to work with has not been very good due to the fact of not having an Architect. Since I hired John, the project has once again continued and I can see the finished line. He is such a pleasure to work with and has a wonderful style, personally and in his designs. He is extremely creative, working the old into the new. A great example is his personal home/office, an old boiler building. Most important, we work as a team which makes this once again a pleasurable.
