We hired Designs with Jessica to design the layout and provide material selection for our basement renovation which was a complete gut, rearranging of the entire floor plan, mechancials etc. From our first meeting to our last Jessica was accommodating and flexible to our schedules and our location (she always came to us). She captured our style and wish list presenting a design and floor plan that (a) was something we never would have thought of and (b) delivered beyond our expectations. While our scope with Jessica was only to material selection, she was available and responsive by email throughout the duration of our project. We had to make some modifications to material selection due to inventory availability and changes during construction and she was incredibly helpful in providing design advice regarding the adjustments. Jessica is incredibly talented, lovely and down to earth. She's professional and delivered on time and on budget.

Jessica’s style is transitional. She did a marvelous job of refreshing a suite that was built in 1978. Her knowledge of electrical, plumbing and architecture exceeds that of most designers. Her drawings were in three dimensional form thus allowing us to visualize the expected outcome in excruciating detail. Her relationship with the general contractor and the cabinet makers was exemplary. She also provided project management services and loads of fun! I’d hire her again.

We had never used a designer before and to be honest we were skeptical on what the value would be. When we saw Jessica’s website we saw images that aligned with our vision of what we were looking for. After one meeting with Jessica she came back with a design for our new Master Bedroom, ensuite and walk through closets, along with samples and pictures, from flooring to tiles to lamps, chairs, bathroom fixtures and much more that were exactly in line with our vision. Jessica was great to work with. She assisted us with the design of our kitchen and it turned out perfectly! Her extensive experience was evident in the end result as the space flows well and is aesthetically pleasing . She also stayed within our budget and always had that in mind when making any suggestions. Working with her also gave us the reassurance we were making the right decisions in a world of too much choice!
