A kitchen and living room US Developer did came out outstanding. From the initial planning stages to the last finishes, US Developer provided top notch service. Worked on every aspect of the project - initial meetings, scoping of project, plans, and execution. Could not be happier with the result. Very dedicated to customer needs/satisfaction, very attentive to execution details, and very methodical and professional in approach. Little conveniences that are often overlooked were focused on energetically. A wonderful experience and very satisfactory result. Would definitely recommend them.

I used this company for two major projects two years apart. One was installation of pavers in the back yard, patio roof and outside painting of the house. And the other one is been completed now. Inside work which includes painting, floors, electrical work. Work done fast, professionally, without delays. And the main thing for me was to get an advice from professional with experience!!! And I did received it!!! There was never an answer: "its up to you, however you want" and so on. I asked a question, I got the answer. Dylan is knoweledgeable, understanding, totally reliable professional., who works with you and your budget, which is very important. Have another project in mind. Will go only with him and US Developers.

US Delelopers built our swimming pool, and some major hardscaping; including a completely new stamped concrete deck, a patio covered outdoor dining area, and a barbecue and bar. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of work and the price. Dylan was extremely knowledgable, and his crew was professional and very clean. We have Young children and were concerned about having a construction site in our yard for a prolonged period of time, but the job was finished ahead of schedule, and the job site was always well kept and very clean. I would recommend this contractor to anybody
