Stacye Love is more than just a general contractor. She truly stands out among her peers due to a number of factors, including her keen eye for architectural and interior design, her thoughtful and collaborative approach to the construction/remodel process, her fantastic subs, and her knowledge of, and strict adherence to the legal aspects of her projects (she is a former attorney). Stacye completed a complicated design and remodel of the master bedroom, bath and sitting room in our 110 year old farmhouse. She knocked it out of the park, so my husband and I have entrusted her to complete a very large scale and intricate addition to our home (to be completed in the Fall of 2015). Stacye routinely goes above and beyond to ensure her clients' dreams for their homes become a reality. Her understanding and genuine respect for the financial and emotional investments her clients have in their projects promotes a wonderful working relationship, which is particularly valuable to me and my husband.

My firm has provide construction plans for several new homes and remodel/addition plans for Stacye Love. Her design background compliments my experience and brings her projects an extra flair most builders can not provide. The end results are always something to be proud of. Stacye is a great builder and designer. I have worked with her on several projects and she has always been a complete professional. She has a great eye and sense of style. She listens to her clients and helps them get there ideas out of their head, on paper, then built.

Stacye has helped me with two remodeling projects: a powder room, and a home office over our garage. I am so happy with the results that I would never dream of working with anyone but Stacye! Stacye was a complete professional and so easy to work with. I was surprised to see her on the job site every morning, but she explained that she always monitors every step of the process to make sure everything is done exactly right. Her attention to detail is impressive, and she always made me feel like I was her most important client, even though my remodeling job paled in comparison to the million-dollar homes she builds. I also found her billing methods to be timely and completely transparent. Both jobs were finished on time and exceeded my expectations. Her work on my garage project was so outstanding that several neighbors have stopped me and asked me for her name. Stacye is an incredibly talented and honest builder. She exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would recommend her to anyone.

My wife, Bridget, and I met Stacye through a business relationship of mine while we were looking for someone that we could trust to build our custom home. Every person we talked with about her capabilities spoke highly of her ability to build a quality home so we hired her. It was one of the better decisions that we made in the building process. Stacye has assembled a crew of contractors to work together on her homes that is top notch. She only builds custom homes which appealed to us because we were looking for someone that would take an interest in the house itself and guide us through the myriad or decisions that we would have to make. Stacye went on every vendor appointment and used her interior design skills to save us from more than a few design mistakes. We were fortunate to have her working for us. The home was delivered on time and largely within the budget that we set out with from the beginning. The construction is well beyond minimum code and as we finish the basement we're appreciating the attention to detail on items that get ignored by other builders. Heating and air is tight and out of the way; wires and pipes are not haphazardly placed. Like the rest of the house, it's this attention to detail that stands out. As with any new home, there are issues as you break in your new home. For the warranty year and beyond, Stacye has simply made it right whenever there was a problem. Her contractors would arrive promptly, were professional and fixed the issue on the first try. As we go into our second year of ownership, I'm confident that we have a well built home that will last for years; a place we can enjoy calling home.

I can't express how happy we are with our remodeled kitchen. Stacye Love did a wonderful job. She is professional and thorough. Not only was Stacye the contractor for our project, she was also our interior designer. Stacye's personal touch with every detail truly made our project special.

I feel very blessed to not only have had Stacye Love as my builder, but to also call her a good friend. She was extremely professional from start to finish, had fabulous ideas about not only design but function, and was hands-on the entire building process. She had detailed spreadsheets on the financials and budget. She scanned and shared all invoices, and we stayed on budget! We built our dream home two years ago, and Stacye still checks in to make sure things are going well. She is a class act.
