It took months to research and find the best pool company to build our pool. From the first meeting with Rick, it was a great experience. Team was excellent in all areas of accuracy, professional quality, knowledge and work ethic. We love our pool and spa.

He added a salt water system for us that replaced our old system.Great job.love the new system...always there to answer questions.if i were building a pool, Rick would be the one I would choose!He is knows his stuff and his word is good as gold!

We hired Rick Montgomery to build our pool in June 2015. We had done research and talked with other companies for the previous 2 years, but the day I met with Rick I didn't let him leave without a deposit check! Throughout the process he was patient (I had a lot of questions and made a couple changes along the way) and informative. He has a wealth of knowledge and I feel completely confident in how to easily and economically maintain our beautiful new pool. All of the work was completed to our satisfaction and when we did have one hiccup during the build Rick and his team immediately went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy. His work ethic is refreshing in today's world! One particular aspect of our pool that I'm really pleased about is the fact that it is perfectly level. Even the water delivery employee made a comment as he was filling it up - "Wow, that never happens..." When I asked him what he meant he said - "It's actually level!" Our family is so happy with the finished product and we look forward to many summers with our "Magic Pool!"

Rick was great to work with, he provided a detailed plan, and gave us plenty of options and had a "can do " approach. If we ever build another pool he'll be the one.

Magic Pools and Spas is an A+++ company. The quality and service they provide is excellent! Rick has always been available to answer any of my questions regarding my pool. Very knowledgeable!! Salt system pool has very little maintenance!!! We have enjoyed our pool so much

We moved to Mocksville NC in June and decided we wanted to have a pool. After meeting with several pool contractors, we chose Magic Pools and Spas. Rick Montgomery was the most knowledgeable and had a great attitude. After a short delay due to weather conditions, they started the process. We chose a small fiberglass pool because of less maintenance. Rick made the whole process much less stressful than we had anticipated. Since we are first time pool owners, Rick explained everything to us in a way we could understand. All of the subcontractors used by Magic Pools and Spas were professional and hard working. We had no issues. Every step was done in a timely fashion, and the pool and deck are just what we wanted. I would highly recommend Rick and his crew for a professional pool project. Rick Montgomery of Magic Pools and Spas provides the ultimate experience in buying and maintaining a swimming pool. Hard working, shows up on time, every time, and his knowledge of chemistry and the make up of pools is unsurpassed. Experience counts in the pool business and no one has more experience with pools than Rick. We selected Magic Pools for our pool install when we built our house. We chose the fiberglass option because of the low maintenance and reasonable cost. We were looking for a simple, clean look at that is what we got with the fiberglass pool. Rick helped us choose this option by comparing/contrasting fiberglass to gunite. He also advised well on the appropriate filter/pump combo as well as accessories such as pool vacuum/cleaner and chemicals. Installation was of great quality, and he even helped us with recommendations on patio surround and walkways attaching to the pool. Overall, we have been very pleased with the product and service Magic Pools delivered. If you are shopping around for a pool contractor, then I highly recommend contacting Rick at Magic Pools.

Rick was an absolute pleasure to work with. He builds great pools and his integrity, customer service, and quality are tremendous. We've had our pool for 3 years now and Rick has never once taken more than 4 hours to return my phone calls. His customer service is just as good 3 years later as they were when he was working to get our business.
