Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Showroom Scottsdale

The showrooms is excellent for seeing various appliances with a sales associate helping to define your needs. SWC stands above the rest with the chef’s demonstration and explanation how to use each appliance! The proof was in the delicious meal that made you excited to use the appliances. All questions were thoroughly answered, and a wealth of knowledge gained from the collective.

What a treat!!!! My husband and I attended the culinary informative presentation at the SubZero/Wolf/Cove showroom in Scottsdale. Our chef was wonderful and very knowledgeable on all the products in the showroom. The showroom staff was friendly and helpful along with the hostess that served our meal. 5 stars for a wonderful evening. Hope we can attend again. Thank you

Great staff at the showroom enabling us to learn about all their products. Then we signed up for their product demonstration night (FREE) in which you will learn all about the products from Chef Dan. His staff helps him prepare a 5 course dinner that is very professionally done. Their products are top notch and their staff is amazing to make you feel welcome and to answer any and all of your questions.

The bright stars are for the showroom staff (sales and chef) who provided outstanding information about the appliances which we purchased and enjoy using. Their advice was invaluable! NO STARS are for the customer service at SubZero Cove and those responsible for fulfilling the “Great Kitchen Event” promotion, which appears to be a gimmick. We purchased 10 appliances in December 2020 and were given options and approval for the additional promotional items which never arrived (more than 3 months later). We are told they are on back order. So we have an induction cooktop but did not get the cookware for it... Hopefully other customers take note.

We attended the Wolf consumer product cooking demonstration with excited anticipation to see how these amazing units would perform after getting in-depth information from Jennifer Dooley, a very thorough, professional and extremely knowledgeable showroom concierge who took the time to show us all the appliances we are interested in and explaining in detail their capabilities and incredible performance. Chef Dan who conducted the demonstrations was very knowledgeable, has an incredible sense of humor, extremely talented chef and forthcoming with extremely detailed descriptors. He did an incredible job showcasing the amazing capabilities of the Wolf kitchen appliances and cooktop and all it has to offer. We really appreciated the fact that he spoke from experience actually owning some of the appliances he was showcasing. We were very impressed with the food preparation and handling as well as how all the different units performed. The food presentation was absolutely perfect. We were extremely pleased with this presentation and would highly recommend this company, and the products they offer. Wolf is definitely a company that takes pride in their employees and their products which is why they are considered one of the leading companies in home appliances with products that would make a kitchen proud.

The Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove Showroom is the ultimate experience! I was warmly greeted by Cathy who had Jennifer show me around and discuss the different appliances. Their Showroom is incredible and so much FUN! There is no pressure to purchase as they don’t sell anything there. Additionally, there is a complete kitchen that Chef Dan hosts special educational events, demonstrating the various appliances and their care while preparing a delicious, 5 Star meal for each person attending. I can’t wait to try their other events--Brunch, Lunch, Dinner, Outdoor Grilling and Griddle culinary experiences! Everyone was so kind, helpful and informative. I decided on a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Asko dishwasher and Wolfe gas range, convection and steam ovens. I am so excited and can’t wait to have my new kitchen completed and use everything I chose. Thank you!

Thank you Jennifer Dooley for your great customer service yesterday. You also make an awesome latte. Totally sold us on needing, yes needing the coffee maker. You are so knowledgeable about all the products. I only stumped you with one question. (Don’t forget to look up th e gauge of steel on the barbecue lol!)

Attended a use & care class for ovens, tops & ranges with Chef Dan. Was very impressed with the capability of the ovens & cook tops, especially the griddle. Saves using numerous pans for each dish. The food that was prepared in the Wolf kitchen was fantastic!

If you are contemplating buying a wolf/sub zero appliance, please do yourself a huge favor and attend one of their demonstrations. The food was delicious, I learned about the various functions and all the "bells & whistles" that go with this wonderful brand. I would absolutely recommend purchasing a Wolf Appliance. We enjoyed our time at the showroom learning more about the products offered. We felt that our time was relaxing, valuable and fun! The chef prepared a delicious lunch while answering all of our questions and giving us valuable information so that we could make an informed decision.

I took the Use & Care Class yesterday. It was phenomenal! What a great time! It was taught by a chef who taught us (a group of 15) everything helpful about the appliances and plenty of cooking tips as well! They booked and served three courses, amazing food! The showroom is gorgeous! Thank you!!
