We used Christman Fifer for a whole house remodel. From the moment we met with him, he was very quick with communication and got our project started quickly. He and his team were very efficient and focused. He had access to all of the resources we needed to complete this large scale project (architect, subcontractors, etc). We were very happy with the attention to detail and especially the carpentry! All of the people that worked on our home were professional and very respectful. We absolutely love our home and are so thankful that the Fifers helped make this house our new home.

TDB Design

I would highly recommend Fifer Custom Homes to be your professional contractor. They have done two separate projects for me and I am very satisfied with their work, professionalism and their attention to detail. Their sub-contractors are great in the work they do but also how they just care about the project and taking care of the client.

Fifer Custom Homes did an outstanding job for us. We hired them initially to do a renovation in our kitchen, which included removing a wall, building some new cabinets, and completing the finishes to go with what was already in place. Fifer's project manager was flexible and did a great job offering suggestions when we needed them. Fifer was also flexible in adding some additional items for us that were originally not in scope and completed them in a timely manner. All of Fifer's workers were courteous and they even did an outstanding job keeping our living space clean while they worked. We could not recommend Fifer Custom Homes highly enough and would hire them again in the future!

From understanding the vision of the homeowner, to the stress a major remodel can create on the family, he understands how to guide the you through the process to make it enjoyable, and create a wonderful final product. When you need some design or layout ideas, he brings those as well. Everyone who comes to our house comments on the high level of craftsmanship.

I have owned a custom home building company in the past, and when I hire Fifer Renovations, I was very particular about what I wanted. Christman and his team went beyond my expectations with creative solutions for a difficult owner (me) and a complicated remodel. We are please and are getting ready to do our fourth project with Christman Renovations. I would highly recumbent them without reservation. We have done a kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, den, dining room, and soon to do an add on garage. His team is very mindful of the people living there through the work, and respectful of the owners space, which was important to me abad my family.

Fifer Renovations has done two renovations for us. When we bought the house in 2009, he built an upstairs addition. In the spring of 2011, they added an attached garage to replace our covered carport. With both jobs, Christman was very respectful of our time, provided very clear communication regarding the job process and cost, and estimated the cost of the jobs honestly and accurately. As for the quality of his work, he did not cut any corners. Everything was done carefully with great attention to detail. He does quality work. I would Fifer Renovations again.
