Always listen to the client. Many people thinking of remodeling ask, “How can I possibly find time to meet with a designer when I work full time during the week and kitchen and bath shops are barely open on the weekends?” We listened. That is why we created a state of the art kitchen and bath design showroom that is open evenings and on Saturday and Sunday. We founded Sunday Kitchen & Bath with you in mind. At our showroom you will deal directly with the owners. We give you honest and personalized service that is tailored to your remodeling needs. Some of our differences...Our procedures and proposals are clearly explained, your project is presented to you on a large screen monitor (42'') and we offer convenient evening measures. We bought this house with the intention of opening the kitchen to the living areas. After 3 years we finally got our dream space! Sunday K&B were a huge part of our design..they, along with our kitchen designer, showed us how to combine two cabinet finishes, showed us many options, and allowed us to see it with a 3-D program! Their expertise was truly invaluable to me in thinking through counters, hardware, lighting, sinks, appliances etc. After the cabinets were installed, our designer noticed that they even made cabinet finishing decisions that we didn't even think of! They were pleasant to work with, available for all my incessant questions and concerns. Thanks Sunday K&B for being a part of a kitchen I love working in every day!

Working with Will and Russ was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. Their showroom is terrific, with seemingly endless variations of cabinetry, countertops and accessories. They have extensive knowledge that instills great confidence. They recommended Oscar of GMG Services as a contractor and we were extremely happy with his work. SKB met every deadline. Finalization went smoothly with the cabinet order. Will went over every detail with the clients with meticulous attention. Cabinet installation was completed in just two days. Neighbors are jealous of the new open space. It is everything the homeowners wished for.

Will and Russ did a very good job on remodeling my bathroom. My bathroom was totally remodeled from a beautiful walkin shower to a floating vanity. If something needed to be adjusted Luka and Alex would let you know immediately. Good job!

I had two out-of-date bathrooms that needed to be remodeled down to the studs. Will came up with a great design. He really listened to what I was looking for and led me to excellent choices in tile, vanities, and fixtures. Russ was extremely attentive to the construction process and not only worked with my contractor in implementing the plans, but came over and checked the progress of the job. I have another much bigger project in the near future and I will be calling Will and Russ at Sunday Kitchen and Bath.

Sunday Kitchen and Bath was great to work with. Their showroom is lovely, their hours are very convenient, and the design we ended up with turned into a beautiful kitchen. The designer was very patient as we tried different versions of the design over several visits. They also recommended a good contractor for the installation and checked in periodically during the process, which we appreciated. The quality of the cabinets and hardware they provided is top notch, and they worked hard to find us the exact counter finish that we wanted, even when it wasn't available with their normal supplier.

Do NOT give your money to Sunday Kitchen and Bath under ANY circumstance! Our rep was 90 min LATE to the measurement appointment; FAILED to email/fax plans to us on time (10 days late); repeatedly FAILED to call when he said he would; NEVER gave us any of his vendor info so we could choose granite and bathroom fixtures after saying he would; NEVER kept his word. Oh, he talked a great game up front but NEVER followed through on anything. He demanded full payment up front (over $5K) and said we might get money back if costs were lower than allowances. Problem is that he used DECEPTIVE practices about actual costs, marking up every time by 50 to 100%. His shower door quote was $2,200 installed; same exact door from same company was $1,290 installed when I called them directly. His tile quote was $900; same exact tile was $380 when I called another vendor directly. He definitely did not have our best interests at heart. Our rep FAILED to tell us that the porcelain shower tile he chose is 20% absorptive of water when the preferred ANSI standard is less than 1 percent for being impervious. We would have had serious water problems in very little time. When we called him on his lies, up-charges, and LACK OF INTEGRITY, he got defensive and dismissive. Never once did he apologize or show any remorse. Yeah, we demanded a high quality product for the price---who in their right mind wouldn't? Stay away from Sunday Kitchen and Bath!

Sunday Kitchen & Bath was created with the concept of being convenient and having an easy going environment where our clients can make decisions on their kitchens and bathroom renovations. You came to us for help in designing a bathroom renovation. For a $500 retainer, our designer performed a home visit, measured your space and provided you with a design. You requested material pricing as well, which you were provided with in a timely manner. At any point after reviewing your design with our designer, you were welcome to take your designs and purchase your products elsewhere. You were under no obligation to do otherwise. Instead, you decided to bully and continually harass our designer regarding scheduling, materials and pricing. To the point where we had to ask you to remove yourself from our showroom. I'm sorry if this embarrassed you, but maybe you should be more considerate in how you treat people. If clients do not treat our designers with common decency and respect, we are fully within our rights to decline to work with them.
Let's be clear about the facts. Our designer Robert was honest and extremely patient with you regardless of your poor behavior. All of your stated complaints are inaccurate. He was never 90 minutes late to your 1st appointment, and actually made special accommodations to meet with you at our showroom on short notice!
For the shower door, you sought to bypass our relationship with our trusted glass supplier and go to another glass dealer. The quote that you described to us was not even for the same materials nor was it from our supplier. Our shower door supplier never gave you a quote directly, as they do not work directly with our clients.
The tile we recommended was not 20% absorptive but .06%, which well exceeds standards. It would be your installers responsibility to use the proper water protective durock and properly seal your tiles and grout. You did not want to work with our contractor partners, so it would have been your responsibility to make sure that your tiles were properly installed. In closing, you paid a $500 retainer for a home measure, design services, drawings and a materials quote. All of which you were provided per the Contract that you and your partner signed. Your request for a refund has been denied. Please remove all five of your negative reviews from the internet sites, as they are both inaccurate and slanderous.

So excited to have our bathroom remodel completed!! We can't begin to tell you how wonderful it was working with Russell and Will on this project. From the actual design, to picking out everything, they were there with us every step of the way. If there was ever an issue, they dropped everything and headed out to the house to clarify and answer the questions our contractor had. We couldn't have asked for better service and will definitely be using them again for our next reno project!! Thanks again! SC North Potomac, MD
