With an equivalent educational background from the Florida International School of Architecture, Mayda Zayas-Bazan and Cynthia Whitaker, have built individual, successful design firms in the South Florida market. Cynthia Whitaker is extremely knowledgeable, talented and innovated with design concepts that are state of the art gorgeous and practical. Her cost conscious approach takes decorating to a new level of excellence. She is just a pleasure to with. Without reservation, I would retain Cynthia Whitaker to assist on my next design project wherever it is geographically located. Hire Cynthia and you will have the best designer on your team.

CWS was a pleasure to work with, I love my home and cannot wait to start a new project with Cynthia. I have recommended her with no reservations whatsoever to so many of my friends in the States but to my friends in South America. She is not also very very talented, extremely organized and focused in her projects, her sense of color is unparalleled.

Cynthia Whitaker is a design genius. After consulting with other designers, I chose her because she she thinks outside the box. My modest apartment was transformed into a "wow" residence. She listened and got a handle on what I liked and gave it to me. Not only is she creative but she has the ability to do contemporary or other trends. Her work ethics are professional and she stands behind and delivers the product. Prepare yourself, she know all the good restaurants!!! What fun she is.

Cynthia did a complete remodeling/decoration of my apartment. It was a real pleasure working with Cynthia.She is very professional,reliable and has excellent taste and ideas.She valued my input and always consulted me ,also was very good about working within the budget that we had agreed on.She had excellent subcontractors working with her and they were also very professional and reliable.I highly recommend Cynthia and would be glad to personally talk to any potential client,as well as show them my place.

It was a pleasure dealing with Cynthia. She listens, understands your needs, wants, taste and budget. Her advise was right on. Always pleasant to deal with even in stressful situations that always come up with a complete renovation. Took charge of an "old" condo and turned it into a showpiece. Can't praise her enough. She loves what she does and it shows. Would recommend her wholeheartedly.

I hired this company on a recommendation from someone that lives in my parents building in Boca Raton. I met with the owner, Cynthia Whitaker, and she immediately understood what I was trying to do with my new house. It's a slightly smaller home so I wanted to open it up as much as possible. She opened up the kitchen, expanded the bedrooms, made the most possible use of the natural light the house gets, and changed the entire color pallet to bring a feeling of space and lightness. I love the work she and her company did! She is professional, diligent, a wonderful listener, and just gets it. I highly recommend her and would work with her again in a second. Very happy customer here!
