My name is Jack McDaniel of McDaniel Furniture Services in Philadelphia. We are a white glove furniture delivery service and work with many of the top design firms in the region. They all demonstrate various degrees of professionalism but none better than Interiors by Donna Hoffman. Donna's staff, headed by Sandy Widlitz and Katie Blumberh are always on top of their game. For every project we get concise product lists with every piece of information possible and most importantly, before the goods arrive. This is essential for inventory control and helps the job run smoothly. They always come to our warehouse and examine the product personally to make sure it is exactly as they expect. They are totally involved in every aspect of each project big or small from start to finish which clearly contributes to the ultimate goal of doing right by their clients. We contracted with Donna Hoffman and IDH to design two rooms and to refresh the connecting common areas in our home. Interiors by Donna Hoffman is an outstanding Design Firm. We have worked with several designers, and far and away Donna’s company has been the best. Three highlights are: 1.Beautiful Design: Donna and her team create a design that perfectly fits your aesthetic, while at the same time taking you to places you did not even know might exist. 2.Customer Service: She provides complete piece of mind. Things will be done perfectly, and you will know when and how this will be accomplished. 3.Business Sense: Interiors by Donna Hoffman work very hard to keep you on budget. She provides options that allow you to go a bit high for something you love, but make up for that with a lower cost item (that will also be great) for a different part of the design. She explains everything up front, and you will not be surprised. Donna and her team will first endeavor to discover your individual aesthetic. In fact, our first meeting was all about things we like (forms, colors, textures). We have worked with designers in the past (and even had to dismiss one) that have very strong opinions that run contrary to what we want. One should not have to argue about what you like! Contra wise, Donna and her team a expert at aligning with your expectations, even if you are not sure at first what these are. One of IDH specialties is finding designs that both parts of the husband/wife team will love. She effortlessly guides you though the process, with no conflict. Donna, Katie, and Sandy are always available to discuss any issues that may arise. The team is truly outstanding amongst contractors in keeping you up to date and answering any concerns immediately. You will feel as if they are your personal design staff. I suppose a reason this is that they only work on a limited number of projects at the same time. Having been on this earth for some time now, we have worked with a myriad of contractors over the years and have come to develop very high standards. For design, we highly recommend Interiors by Donna Hoffman, without reservation.

My wife and I have used Donna and her team over the past three years for a number of rooms in our house. They have always been great to work with, very client oriented and they provide exceptional guidance throughout the process. I addition to their wonderful input and guidance during the process, their follow up afterwards is really exceptional. We are glad to have had the opportunity to work with Donna and her team.

IDH worked their magic on our living room and bedroom - and we are so happy with the outcome! Our living room looks so much more open and bright - and much more spacious! Knowing I like color, Donna was excellent at selecting fabrics that were fun but still casually elegant - she got our style exactly! Another thing I really appreciated is that IDH was very open to using some of our existing pieces while also recommending new pieces that are much better proportioned for the space. It's a perfect blend of old and new! They did window coverings in three rooms which turned out gorgeous and a space plan for a library which we'll complete in the future. IDH also kept a very keen eye on the budget...guiding our choices to make sure we remained in line....and being careful to let us know if we were starting to stray! Overall, I highly recommend IDH. Whether you are like us - moving into a new space with a lot of existing pieces OR you are starting from scratch.... IDH will do a great job!

As a showroom owner in Philadelphia’s Design Center, I work frequently with Donna and her team, and am continually impressed with the extreme level of professionalism shown by Donna and her staff. Working with the IDH team, or watching Donna interact with her clients is an educational and inspirational experience as she enlightens and delights. Sales for our showroom this year from IDH has made them our top selling designer - by far. The extraordinary high level of taste and appropriatness I’ve seen in the design schemes with which we have worked assures me that Interiors by Donna Hoffman is going to be one of the busiest and most respected designers in the Philadelphia region.

Donna is a rare find in the design world. She has sharp eye for creative and functional design while drilling down to find the option that most improves your daily quality of life, while also respecting your budget and values. We just wrapped up an amazing project with Donna Hoffman and her team at IDH. Their challenge was to bring harmony to our 1st floor open concept living space (family room, kitchen, dining and office). Donna has an incredible eye for design and very quickly understood our different styles, melding them together to create a warm, inviting space that really reflects who we are. The IDH team has a great design process, working together keeping the project organized and moving forward. This is a professional, friendly and high energy team.
