We have used Nightingale Design on two different occasions. The first involved a major Reno to our kitchen which turned out exceeding our expectations and the second was selecting furniture and paint colours for our Coquitlam condo. Again, the end result resulted in making the condo a very welcoming space. We would highly recommend Nightingale design for any design consulting or design work.

Over promised & under delivered. Gouged us with unexpected delivery storage & "consulting " fees. Left us with a huge mess and jobs 1/2 finished. Didn't pay her trades. Absolutely disgraceful. She claimed to be local but does all business in USA or orders from back east or Vancouver which incurred major shipping costs and still have not received all products I've been billed for. Definitely not a connected local professional. Consumer beware!!

It's very sad that your husband threatened me, and we are now going to have to settle in court. You did not pay your bill, you paid zero of your renovation bill to the trades of which I did in full and I am now out of pocket for the full amount. You only paid a portion of the electricians bill of which I paid $2000.00 and am still owed back - because you wanted additional work from him. We had a signed contract and a budget with the fact that I was actually under budget on all the approved items on that budget. I absolutely do purchase from top of the line wholesalers and distributors across Canada and the US that you were completely aware of and pleased with everything that I presented to you. It's just terrible - 20 yrs in business and then I do an amazing job...if you recall you cried when you saw how beautiful your daughters room was and hugged me. You had absolutely zero complaints on the quality of the products delivered as well as the design. I went above and beyond at all times for you. It wasn't until your next payment was due that you revealed that you in fact had zero intentions of every paying for the work completed and the products delivered as well as services rendered. The lies and absolute slander and defamation of character in your accusations will only add to the lawsuit and quite frankly are telling of your character. Everything in your above statement is a defamatory lie. 20 yrs in business and I will have to say this is absolutely the most devastating experience I have ever been through with a wicked human being. I did an amazing job and you and your husband wanted a deal of the century...by not paying me or the trades.

Kori has helped us reno/decorate two condos now and the results have been spectacular! She came up with fantastic ideas to help make everything come together on time and on budget. Her contractors and subcontractors were the best we've ever worked with - highly professional and the quality of work was exceptional. Kori is an absolute delight to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Kori, Nightingale Design, did the design work for my kitchen. The layout is wonderful. We had other designers provide us with plans, but Kori's was by far the most efficient and creative. We have a small space, and every inch is well used and practical. The cabinets, tile and flooring work perfectly together. The bonus was a built-in pantry that was a perfect solution for our space. The storage in the kitchen more than doubled with her plan. Kori also designed the furniture for our living room. Once, again, a small space that has come together beautifully! We couldn't recommend her higher!

Kori was recommended to us by our real estate agent and after our first meeting I just knew that she was the perfect person to turn our house into a home. Having lived in the country before moving to downtown Vancouver, we were having trouble adapting to the lack of warmth in our "cookie-cutter" condo and wanted to bring the textures and colours of nature into our living space. Kori listened to our story and worked with us to create a plan that made our vision a reality...without exceeding our budget. Kori is creative, flexible, energetic, focused, and budget-conscious. She will work with your schedule and will allow you to be as hands-on (or hands-off) as you want to be. Without reservation I would recommend Kori to anyone seeking to transform their surroundings.

We have an oddly shaped condo and weren't utilizing the space well, so my friends had Nightingale Designs come in and look at our place and we ended up doing everything that Kori suggested (okay, we still have one wall to paint- but that's our laziness) and it looks amazing. Kori suggested we get a longer couch to make our small living room look bigger, and we got the couch in December, and it made the biggest difference. With the beautiful throw cushions, blankets and all the details that tie the place in (that my husband and I overlooked) I feel like our place is right out of a magazine now. It makes entertaining and everyday living so much more enjoyable, we are so proud of our place now.
