Super guys! Great guys to work with--very professional. They get their stuff done on time. I worked with Mike on the project and I'd stop in at the house pretty regularly. He would give me an update on what was going on and ask me to pick out my paint, floor, granite counter tops, etc. so he was very much on top of things. He was there everyday checking up on the project. His subcontractors were great and the work is excellent--very professionally done. Mike was very accessible and easy to reach. Every time I called he picked up, and on the few times that he didn't he made sure to call me back right away. They showed up on time every time and hired very good subs. Very clean. He wanted 4 months to complete the job and they were done early by a couple weeks! I absolutely recommend Schnettler Benning and if I was going to build again I would definitely use them again.

We had a great experience in that they were extremely responsive when we had questions and continue to be even after the closing. You can see the quality that goes into building when you look at the house.

Mike Schnettler was in charge of the construction of our new home. He was great to work with throughout the entire process. Mike would carefully communicate with us and the sub-contractors to ensure the work met our expectations. He focused on doing things right the first time. Mike was at the site everyday and coordinated closely with all the subcontractors and kept the project moving forward. If we ever had questions Mike would be available and would immediately follow up. He was very responsive and paid attention to detail. I have already recommended Schnettler Benning to many of my friends.

Bill can read my wife's mind--he is a stickler for detail and does impeccable work. The Schnettler's run a family business and they always do one level better than what you thought it would be done. Bill built our house for us in Minnesota about 25 years ago. You think you're going to get really good quality and when the Schnettlers do it it is great quality! Even with our landscaping he was able to put up retaining walls coming off of the concrete wall. It was an add on and it looks really good! When building our house he thought "how could we make this more economical--heat wise?" and put in floor heating in the bathroom. He made the house heat efficient in a place like Minnesota where you need it. Bill has been building homes for 25 years and Joe has been doing it with his dad. I'm very appreciative--i've done some work myself and it's so nice to have good professionals like them around. Their subcontractors that they pick and choose do a really good job. Everything is in line and the walls and plumbing are very high quality workmanship. It looks good. While building our home Bill and my wife would talk on a daily basis and he would let me wife know what was going on. If my wife wanted to make changes Bill was very sensitive to that because he understands that people have their own tastes and he makes our ideas even better than we expected. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.
