We just purchased an older modest home and wanted to do some updates while trying to keep costs down. Floors are the original 15 year old tile, dirty and with discolored grout. Jeff and Sklyer cleaned our tile and grout along with resealing the grout. What a difference it made at a fraction of what it would cost to replace flooring. Bonus is we received an education on flooring and counter tops while they worked. I highly recommend this team. Thank you Jeff and Sklyer!

Jeff Suva was recommended to us by Contempo tile where we had purchased our porcelain tiles when we built our house in Kayenta 4 years ago. We had a terrible problem with a sticky residue on the tile that we could not remove with typical commercial cleaners. I called Jeff and he came out a few days later and examined the problem. He tried some of his professional cleaner on our tile and it removed the residue. Jeff recommended that we do the entire tile floor, and after measuring he gave us a quote that we thought was reasonable and competitive. Jeff and his team came back in 10 days and cleaned our tile for about 5 hours and then resealed our grout, all of which was included in the quote. He also gave us a bottle of a floor cleaner that he recommends for porcelain tile. We were completely satisfied with Jeff's service and highly recommend him. He and his team are very professional and courteous.

After living in our home for 11 years, we decided to have the tile floors cleaned, grout scrubbed and both coated with sealer. In order to stay out of Jeff's and his crews' way, we picked up the 2 cats and went to a friend's home for the night. Jeff kept in touch with us about their progress throughout the day and locked up, returning the next day to finish the job. The floors, and especially the grout, look really good. We will definitely have Suva Tile back to help us in the future. We highly recommend them.

Jeff and his son Skyler came to fix some holes and try to remove some stains that I couldnt get off my travertine tile. In a few hours they turned my floor from what I thought was going to have to be replaced, into a floor that looks new. I am amazed and would highly recommend them.

Jeff has cleaned and restored our travertine shower (why did we chose travertine for a shower??) twice and did a beautiful job each time. He returns calls, shows up on time and does a great job. We will call on him again when our tile needs cleaning.

Jeff colored the grout in our new shower to match a color we picked. The original color and the new tile added did not match. It came out wonderfully. He also helped out a client I was working with that needed her new tile floor sealed. She was not happy with the tile setters results but Jeff fixed it to the clients satisfaction.

Jeff repaired an area of buckling tiles for a very fair price. Work was done expertly with fine attention to detail. I'd happily recommend him to friends and neighbors looking for an ethical and capable tile contractor. Very satisfied, though the cause of the problem remains a mystery to both of us.
