100% Recommend Had to come back to Caroline to redo the kitchen in our new house! The kitchen layout we were working with was very outdated and had limited functionality with an oddly shaped island. I brought several pictures to Caroline and she personally did all the measurements. I spent hours with her to figure out the overall style all the way down to the hardware. I wanted a more contemporary modern look with custom white cabinets, a waterfall quartz countertop for the island, and a full quartz backsplash. Needless to say, it turned out gorgeous!! Caroline was extremely transparent throughout the process and explained each step thoroughly including the pricing breakdown, estimated delivery, and completion timeline. I had a set budget in mind and she honored that budget. Her showroom has a wide selection of cabinet colors and styles so it was really easy to get ideas. Remodeling a pretty large 18x25ft kitchen is tough so it was super nice being able to text Caroline and TKB with any questions or concerns. She was super easy to work with and I recommend her to all of my friends.

We did a total kitchen and laundry room remodel with Total kitchen and bath . It was awesome experience !! Caroline was very good at producing an excellent design and giving different product suggestions . Also she was very patient seeing how we were at her showroom six times! everything came out better than we thought it would! We for sure will use this company for our master bath remodel !!!!!!

This review is long overdue, but the message needs to be delivered. I would avoid Total Kitchen and Bath at all costs. Something was off with these people from the start. Questions we asked were answered in a very vague and condescending way. The salesperson was nice but maybe didn’t know everything there was to know about kitchen design. The owner, Caroline is the worst. Once she got our money, she could not care less about service. We ordered our cabinets in late November 2020. While we waited for our kitchen cabinets and countertops, we gave them even more business ordering bathroom vanities and vanity tops as well as some additional quartz for our shower. So, with the $40,000+ in business that we gave them, one would expect a certain level of customer service. When the cabinets finally came in, the corner upper cabinet was the wrong size. When I reached out to TKB, they advised the cabinet could be replaced within two weeks. When I inquired on whose mistake it was, the manufacturer or hers, she said “It’s a Warranty Cabinet, so you are covered.” Never addressed that fact that she ordered the wrong cabinet. Not only was this cabinet deeper than the others, but it was also short 5” in width. When I inquired on this aspect, she advised that we should put a 3” filler in the middle of the cabinets. Who orders custom cabinets and puts a filler in the middle of a row of cabinets? Why not just order a bigger cabinet? The replacement cabinet took more than 4 weeks, and my carpenter would not come back out for 2 weeks after that due to his schedule. So, this costed us 6 weeks. When I complained about the delay and her lack of accountability she countered with, “My countertop installer was there this weekend and said there is still a lot of work to do.” So again, no accountability and now we are to blame for our delay. We also ordered a range hood cover. This was not the right thing for us. We had to have a small soffit for plumbing that couldn’t be re-routed. When we tried to install the hood cabinet, the bottom of the cabinet was at our eye level. When we inquired on this, Caroline said “oh, you have a soffit, that’s the problem.” When they came for final measurements, the soffit was there. How could that not be accounted for? They advised us to modify the cabinet to fit. When I asked to return this cabinet for a refund, I was advised this is a custom cabinet, it cannot be returned. So, we had to modify a “custom” cabinet which costs us more money. They sold my wife a light rail to hide the under-cabinet lighting. But once again, with a soffit and 44” cabinets, the light rail would have created even less space between the lower cabinet and the countertop. So that was not functional. When we tried to return the light rail boards, we were denied.

Caroline was very helpful with our new kitchen design. The installation crew was professional and did nice work. Our project was completed within the estimated timeline and expectations were met.

We wanted to update our kitchen and 2 baths. Caroline showed us options for cabinetry, tiles, faucets, drawer pulls etc., and provided guidance on what would look good together. When we were well into the project, she also helped us select paint colors that worked with each room. Adrian's crew did wonderful work, were dedicated and reliable. When the occasional issue popped up, we were able to collaborate and find a solution. At least once, the solution they came up with was even better than we imagined. Although my husband wasn't initially as invested in the changes as I was, he is very happy with the results. The kitchen and baths are transformed, and I'm thrilled with the results.

Caroline of Total Kitchen & Bath is a true professional. She worked diligently with my architect to create my dream vintage kitchen. She's knowledgeable, patient, and a joy to work with. Purchasing my cabinets from her has been a very positive experience.

Look no further. Total Kitchen & Bath is where you have to go for a complete remodel. I purchased a home that needed a new kitchen and bath. I was completely frustrated as I visited many places. And then I found Caroline! She is A #1! I just happened to drive by, saw the sign and decided to go in. Her pleasant smile, willingness to help, and complete knowledge and expertise are only a few of her many fine qualities. She helped me to design my entire kitchen with cabinets, countertops, flooring, appliances, plumbing fixtures and more. She did the same with my bathroom. It is a completely overwhelming thing to do unless you have someone like Caroline. Once the design was in place, everything flowed smoothly. The install was painless. I was so excited that I called her with each step of progress. It was wonderful that she shared my excitement with me. Excellent quality. Expertise in design. Wonderful install. I highly recommend Total Kitchen & Bath for all of your remodeling needs!!

Total Kitchen & Bath provided me with a new updated kitchen within by budget. I was impressed with Carolyn's professionalism -- even when we changed the design multiple times. Adrian and his work crew did a suberb job.

We live in a high-rise condominium building where projects of this type require planning and organization. Caroline helped design our kitchen and provided detailed drawings, cabinets, counter tops and other products used. She was very responsive and easy to work with and helped us to make changes as we became aware of issues. Her team painted the entire condo, replaced doors and baseboards, and updated the bathrooms. Additionally, she and her team promptly addressed all punchlist items. Our Condo Management praised the TKB workmen for their professionalism and adherence to the process required. We are extremely pleased with the results and get many compliments.

I did not have a good experience with this company. I purchased a granite countertop for my kitchen and ended up paying a lot more after the install for unexpected work that was not in my budget. If i was made aware there were other things I can do at a cheaper price. My first suggestion is go somewhere else. If you decide to purchase from these folks ask a lot of questions. Don't expect the sales lady to provide you anything other than the sale price. I have 2 bathrooms that I'm redoing as well so if anyone knows of good granite countertop places, please let me know..

We love our new kitchen. The cabinets are exactly what we wanted and with the expert help that Caroline gave us we are completely satisfied. During our selecting process Caroline called us several times with other suggestions on how to improve the layout of our kitchen. Her knowledge and expertise could not be matched by anyone else that we contacted during our selection process. The installers who did the work for us were also of the highest quality. We had problems with our counter top which we purchased somewhere else and Total Kitchen worked with them to make sure the kitchen was perfect. Because of the problems with the counter top, Total Kitchen had to come back to our house several times and that was never a problem for them. They wanted the job to be perfect and it was. We would highly recommend them and would use them again if we had the need.

We had a kitchen and bathroom renovation with hardwood installed in the whole first floor. Total Kitchen & Bath worked with us on all the design elements and materials for the renovation. They gave us outstanding input and assistance in the design phase and explained all of the benefits of the materials that we selected. They helped us make the most of our budget. The contractor was very helpful and did excellent, quality work. He made several suggestions throughout the process that resulted in an enhanced kitchen and bath. We are very pleased with the design and construction and would highly recommend Total Kitchen & Bath to anyone.
