Loved my experience with KDG. Everyone was so professional yet very approachable. Finished my kitchen in exactly 6 weeks just like they said so. Everyone that worked on the project was on time, polite and knew what they were doing. It’s a very well oiled machine, so to speak. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The team at KDG is amazing. We looked at several different companies for our kitchen and den remodel and no one could compare to the combination of personal service and pricing. John, Karen, and Casey were incredibly patient as they helped us work through multiple designs and options. The cabinets were delivered on time and work completed as scheduled. If you're looking to upgrade your kitchen, there's no better place than KDG.

We had a FANTASTIC experience remodeling our 22 year old kitchen with Kitchen Design Gallery, Owner John Hasty, and Designer Hilary. From start to finish, they were consummate professionals and went above and beyond my expectations. The things I found particularly helpful include:
1. Very straightforward and informative about the process and what to expect. Their timing was spot-on. Family members couldn't believe that a major remodel finished on the exact 8-week timeline promised. (This was also partly thanks to the General Contractor they recommended, Lew Blinn, whose team also did excellent work. The two firms work very well together.)
2. Great design work. The ability to see 3D renderings was essential for me as a person who had great difficulty visualizing a brand new layout, and totally updated finishes. Hilary was so patient and helpful with multiple design modification requests. We're very pleased with how the whole look came together.
3. Meticulous attention to detail: as a person who's relatively detail-oriented and a little bit picky, I found myself pleasantly surprised when John proactively picked up multiple things in various stages of the process that were finer details that didn't meet his level of satisfaction. Once I started to see that happen, I knew we'd end up with a kitchen that was going to meet our dreams.
4. Very honest. Our kitchen ended up costing more than we might have originally planned, but that's not KDG's fault. They were very straightforward with us at all stages of the process, letting us know our options but also the impact of our options. We ultimately spent more than planned because it was what we needed to do to get the end result we really wanted.
5. Everything's "all in". Between KDG and the contractor, almost everything was taken care of by these 2 firms. (We purchased the tile independently, but they helped with everything else.) For two busy working professionals, this was a great help. In truth, the renovation process was actually even fun at times, as we'd leave in the morning and then come home to see what had changed.
I'm so thankful to John, Hilary, and the whole team at KDG (Karen for scheduling; Chris for installation). You offer great service and a beautiful end product. Thanks for a great job! We're going to enjoy our beautiful kitchen for years to come.

We cannot adequately express our thanks and delight with your work on our kitchen remodel. What we first appreciated was your honesty during the process; you told us what would happen and you delivered as you said. No surprises.
I think what we have come to appreciate now, a month later, is the superior quality of the work. We are noticing the little things done right. The dishwasher works perfectly because you meticulously leveled it. The floor does not squeak because it was laid well, the ceiling corrections are not visible, the painting has no spots, the trim is invisible. The cabinets are flawless. Everything about your work and this remodel encouraged us!
We are extremely thankful for your careful craftsmanship and to Him for leading us to you.

Excellent!
KDG did a complete renovation of our old 1987 kitchen. The project took about 6 months from first design visit until completion of the installation. Our designer was Brenda Abel, and owner John Hasty also contributed.
John gave us an explanation of the different cabinet manufacturers he carries, and we were able to select a product based on quality, style and pricing. Many of our cabinets had to have modified sizing to fit the space, and the Executive line worked well for this. We started with a rough idea and they did the first drawing of our kitchen, met to talk through it, and we made more changes. We did this several times, as we have a large kitchen. We also changed our selection of the refrigerator from a standard size to a professional size and moved it to a different location in the plan. This was a significant change, but it was the right decision and we are very happy we did so, even though it took more time and drawing revisions. I had a special request for the sink cabinet design which they were able to do perfectly. Throughout our design, function and location of each drawer and cabinet was important to us, so we had to plan every bit of the space. That’s not easy to do, but they were patient and helpful. There were some minor changes to the final drawings that required a change order and extra fee and we understood this is part of the process.
The installation was exceptional. The installer, Chris, was methodical and detailed. John visited our home to check on progress and address any issues. He responded quickly to emails when we had concerns. He was present for our countertop installation to be sure everything was just right. They follow-up with minor adjustments to cabinets, pulls, etc.
Anyone going through a renovation of this magnitude needs to understand it is complicated and requires patience and communication. Things will happen, and John and the team responded professionally and promptly. I had many questions and changes along the way and they were always very good about it. We were very satisfied with our experience and highly recommend them.
Our new kitchen looks and functions like a dream! Absolutely stunning!
Thank you John, Brenda and Chris and the Kitchen Design Gallery!
Sincerely,
The Woodwards

I heard great things about KDG and was very much looking forward to working with them. After paying the $200 for a in home consultation John provided us with a design for the kitchen. Everything looked decent, but their we’re a few issues. To start he forgot to put a fridge in the design and literally tried to shove it against a wall sticking out 8 inches, I clearly expressed I wanted this area as a wet bar. He proceeded to tell me that if I wanted a design with a fridge I would need to give him a $2000 retainer. LOL, I’m sitting their thinking, what a hack, this can’t be real. He then proceeds to tell me that the Portion, of the center island that would double as a table will cost $4000, That Does NOT include the top. So $4000 for two legs. At this point my wife is holding back tears of disappointment as he is cantankerous and quarrelsome and almost getting satisfaction out the event. I asked him if he felt he has done his job even though the professional FORGOT to put a fridge in our kitchen. He then proceeds to say yes he has and the $200 is just for his thoughts...no design, the design with no fridge is just a bonus. I thanked him for his time and my wife and I proceeded to our vehicle. I couldn’t accept how badly we were treated and went back in to speak with John alone, wife not present. He then admitted he dropped the ball on the design and essentially half assed the presentation. I find out from the gal at the desk that he is very upset with an acquaintance of mine about a home he built a few years back. John built his kitchen in a previous home (which I loved and it looked outstanding) but on this one John wanted $120000 for the cabinets. Other highly skilled craftsman were all under $100000. At the last minute John dropped his price $20000 but a different decision had already been made. I guess he thinks people should just accept his poor estimations and feel comfortable paying an extra $20k for nothing in return.

Comment from Kitchen Design Gallery:
Blake,
So sorry to hear you had a bad experience with Kitchen Design Gallery. This is certainly not our mission here at KDG. We pride ourselves on providing quality products, professional design and excellent customer service before and after project completion. Our sales process is to meet with potential clients in the showroom to show and discuss the products we carry and to get to know you and the scope of your project. We then schedule a site visit to offer consultation and to field measure the space to be designed. At the site visit, if there is more than one person involved in the decision making of the project, we strongly advise both parties be present at that time and for all other meetings. For this service we charge a nonrefundable fee of $200.00. We then come back to our showroom and design your space based on conversation in the showroom and site visit. We then invite you back into our showroom to view our design on our big screen TV and present you with a written quote. If after this review, you wish to move forward and retain our services for your project, we ask for a retainer of approximately 10% of the cost of project. Once we have been retained, we can move forward with the final selection process and design changes, if needed. Again, Blake, we sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding upon your first visit to KDG Showroom and would like to invite you back to revisit you project,

Kitchen Design Gallery designed the remodel of our kitchen, laundry room and powder bath. They did a wonderful job. We also chose the DuraSupreme Cabinets through them and a beautiful Caesarstone countertop and backsplash. John Hasty and his team are excellent professionals, knowledgeable and careful. We would highly recommend Kitchen Design Gallery.

We received outstanding consultation, craftsmanship and service in the total kitchen replacement and redesign project we conducted with Kitchen Design Gallery. We interviewed multiple sources before we chose KDG based on the high level of professionalism and guidance for our project we initially experienced (and continued to experience throughout the project). The entire team of Lauren, John, Karen and Nick demonstrated sincere dedication from start to finish and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend KDG. You will also discover they are the best choice.

From the very first appointment with their sales associate, my journey through a MAJOR kitchen remodel was enhanced and supported by Kitchen Design Gallery personnel and its "hands-on" owner, John Hasty. Their knowledge of product lines, costs versus value, attention to detail whether in the order or installation process all played into my successful project. I will be calling them in for the second phase of my house make over in this coming year.
