I really like art and design myself and am opinionated, critical, and fussy, and I can't find anything but superlatives to write about Lisa Teague. I have worked with her on many projects over the years, ranging from remodeling my Cambridge condo, to helping my daughter choose colors for a new house in Acton, all the way to consulting on paint and design for a Psychoanalytic Institute in Boston---where 30 people had 35 definite ideas. She has an uncanny ability to "hear" what the client wants and help them move in that direction without either bulldozing them with her ideas or sacrificing the design and creativity she offers, which makes each project better than successful. She is really an artist in "designer" clothes, delightful to work with, and can virtually make any project beautiful.

Lisa's design expertise was just what I needed when I was choosing colors for tile and granite for a new house. I was completely overwhelmed by all of the choices, and I'm not very good at visualizing the end result. I told Lisa that I really wanted a warm and inviting atmosphere, and she patiently helped me choose colors that really made that happen. I have also had the opportunity to see many beautiful and creative spaces that Lisa has redesigned from the bottom-up.

Lisa has done several projects for me, and all have been fantastic. She redecorated several rooms, bringing color and creativity beyond my imagination. She also did several decorative painting jobs, all are beautiful, especially love the concrete floor that she made look like weathered stone in our wine cellar, and a painted pattern on a wood floor making it look like inlay. Lisa and her staff have always done a beautiful job, right on time, and extremely neat while the project is in progress.

Lisa Teague has helped me re-decorate a new house that we purchased in 2011. Over the past 3 years Lisa has done an excellent job of choosing wall colors for all of our rooms, as well as coordinating fabrics, furniture, rugs, paintings, lighting fixtures & other accessories. She is a talented faux / decorative painting expert. She glazed our hall walls in a bold, large stripe, which we love, and she re-painted furniture that we already owned to coordinate with our new color scheme. She found the perfect coffee table for our family room, after we had looked in vain for months. Lisa has an excellent sense of color, is patient and easy to work with. She just finished having a mural painted in our powder room while we were away on vacation, and it is beautiful. I highly recommend her.
