Modify Design/Build

We used this company for 3 different projects, Master Bath complete renovation, after water damage to renovate and repair, and to finish my kitchen renovation (add lighting, reface cabinets) I would have given them a 5 but the last project was eventful, meaning it ran over on time and some of the contractors used did bad work. Things were mitigated but overall I had hired a general contractor but felt I was actually doing that job myself for the last project. I think the job was too small for the owner to give his full attention to. For larger projects I think he is great, for smaller ones maybe go somewhere else.

Bathroom shower remodel and front entrance & door repair and replacement. It's great to find a contractor who has a great eye for design, listens closely and asks great questions to figure out what YOU want, has real integrity, and is very honest.

Currently working with Jack on a kitchen remodel. Modify Design/Build has a beautiful showroom that is full of inspiration and helpful design folks to lend a hand in the process...can't wait to see how this remodel turns out, it has been great so far!
